Event management department: BORAM has organizational capacities for a large-scale event including bus tours and fairs with thousands of people, concerts, and open-air events as well as indoor events like conferences, journalists, meet-ups, Twitter conferences, round tables, interactive discussions, etc. It involves studying and identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, design, branding and coordinating the technical aspect before and during the event. The processes of event planning include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, transportation, arranging for speakers, catering, design and emergency plans. 

Event management department: includes strong field coordination. Work from event proposal, design, and advice down to all sorts of logistics required for the organization of events, publicity, and local promotion in the media before and after all the events. Capacity to work effectively across the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries. Experience of agency and team in the event management and organization of events that resulted in the interaction of target groups, citizens, NGOs and government institutions, and international organizations. Experience in organizing workshops in schools, knowledge of the procedures of competent institutions for obtaining permits. Experience in the organization of the competition.
