Conference 'Climate Action Cannot Wait in Bosnia and Herzegovina’ was held in Sarajevo on December 11, 2020. This event was organized in cooperation with UNDP BiH, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Ecology of the RS and the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism. It was a hybrid event with 17 panellists (in person) who addressed the audience at the conference. The audience followed the event via Zoom platform. We must stand for a green and resilient future - together for our planet, was the global message. UN Resident Coordinator, Ingrid McDonald, welcomed the panellists and audience. The ambassadors of Great Britain, France, Italy, Chile and Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina sent their messages to support actions against climate change and to support promotion of the national champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina as an example of good practice in preserving our planet. BORAM was responsible for the overall organization of the event, which included a complete logistic and technical support and coordination of activities.
