Projects
In the context of the EUSR's mandate and the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, the overall objective of this project was to facilitate the political process in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a view to build self-sustaining peace and stability, and to assist BiH in expediting its European integration process.
The project "Educating Journalists and General Public on Digital Media Trends" aimed at contributing to this overall objective by raising the awareness and knowledge about (a) disinformation phenomena among journalists, editors, and public figures with influential social media presence as well as general public and (b) EU related issues and priorities, and increase the reach of the EU’s messages among media and the general public.
The purpose of the project is to bolster a whole of society resilience to disinformation, journalists, and population under 35 in particular, and to narrow the scope for dissemination of false information on current affairs and those pertaining to the EU integration process.
In this project, BORAM designed and implemented the following communication activities - a creative package, which included designing of visuals, media and promotional materials. It also came up with ideas, concept and organised events, and provided complete logistic and technical support. BORAM produced educational modules, mobile application and media materials... It secured full PR coverage (announcement and press release, coordination of press conferences, monitoring), provided media support at the events, created media contents, and implemented the media campaign both on traditional and digital media.
