The project "Environmentally Sound Management of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) in Industrial and Hazardous Waste Sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)" aims to contribute to the reduction and elimination of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) released into the environment. This endeavor aligns with the commitments made by United Nations member states when they signed the Stockholm Convention in 2001. In 2010, BiH ratified the Convention, obligating the country to fulfill its requirements. These requirements include discontinuing the use of hazardous POPs by adopting safer alternatives and properly disposing of old supplies and equipment containing such substances.
Boram took charge of organizing three significant events to promote the cause. Firstly, they arranged two open-air gatherings in Tuzla and Mostar, which attracted more than 700 attendees. Secondly, they orchestrated a high-profile event in Sarajevo. For this event, Boram designed all the necessary visuals, including telops for Zoom, generic visuals, branding for LED screens, and the media press corner.
Additionally, Boram was responsible for the technical management of the events and the branding of public spaces. They designed, printed, and equipped two branded stands, one backdrop, leaflets, and T-shirts. The team also ensured the engagement of a moderator, photographer, and hostesses to ensure smooth and engaging event proceedings.
