The primary objective of the six Road Show Events organized by BORAM was to enhance the performance of Bosnia and Herzegovina's tourism industry. These events put a spotlight on the country's bright tourism prospects, with Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla, Bijeljina, Mostar, and Banja Luka showcasing the three trails of Via Dinarica, with the Hajduc Gate as a prominent attraction. While planning these events, BORAM prioritized safety, integration of local products, and the presentation of tourism diversity. Moreover, the events aimed to create meaningful interactions with people as they transitioned back to a normal environment after the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

BORAM provided valuable communications and public relations support to the Via Dinarica project, intending to raise awareness and knowledge about the initiative among the general public, policy makers, public officials, and local media in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In close collaboration with the UNDP Bosnia and Herzegovina team, BORAM conceptualized and executed the Road Show events. They carefully developed visuals and branding materials to effectively represent the Via Dinarica project. To ensure the success of each event, BORAM engaged skilled moderators, influencers, and hosts to facilitate engaging discussions and interactions.

Furthermore, BORAM prepared a well-crafted scenario and scene setter, setting the stage for each event's seamless execution. They meticulously coordinated and fully engaged the moderators, influencers, and hosts to make the Road Show events impactful and memorable.

Overall, BORAM's efforts contributed significantly to achieving the main goal of boosting Bosnia and Herzegovina's tourism industry through the successful organization of the Road Show Events. By showcasing the rich natural beauty and cultural diversity of the Via Dinarica trails, these events played a pivotal role in promoting tourism and bringing positive attention to the country's tourism sector.
